        Lead Python Engineer is required for exciting and innovative Software House Company/Sports Betting Hedge Fund based in London. As the Lead Python Engineer, you’ll lead, manage and direct the team of 4 engineers and you will be in a key position to make a difference: ensuring that your team priorities are aligned with the business strategy; shaping the data architecture and flow; driving technical decisions; and working alongside teams of quants, data analysts and software developer to deliver their products and services to the clients.

        Technically, as Lead Python Engineer you will need:

        ·5+ years experience as a Python software engineer working on back-end data solutions

        ·Experience of management of data/software engineers team

        ·Strong understanding of data solution architectures providing real time and batch data processing

        ·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
